Welcome to Kklinikin Healthcare. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, booking process, and physiotherapy or mindfulness therapy services. By visiting our website or booking a session with us, you agree to the terms listed below.
1. Consent for Treatment
By booking a session with Kklinikin Healthcare, you agree to receive physiotherapy or mindfulness care provided by our licensed professionals. Clients must provide accurate health information to ensure safe and effective treatment. For minors (under 18 years), treatment is only provided with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Payment Policy
All payments for therapy sessions must be made only to Kklinikin Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. Payments made directly to therapists are not recognized and will not be adjusted against your service fees. Accepted payment modes include UPI, bank transfer, cheque or authorized cash collection. Payment is required at the start of each session or in advance as per your chosen package.
3. Fee Structure & Packages
Our service fees vary depending on session type, duration, and treatment plan. Clients choosing advance packages (15 or 30 sessions) may avail discounted rates, provided full payment is made in advance. All package details will be confirmed in writing before therapy begins.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
All cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 6 hours before your scheduled session. If a cancellation is made within 6 hours of the scheduled time, or if the therapist has already arrived, the session will be considered paid. To cancel or reschedule, please message or call +91 85954 22454 on WhatsApp or phone.
5. Refund Policy
If you discontinue therapy midway, a refund may be processed for remaining sessions based on the following: 20% of the remaining amount will be deducted as administrative charges. The remaining 80% will be refunded. No refunds will be issued if: services were already utilized; or more than 30 days have passed since payment.
6. Therapist Conduct & Attendance
All Kklinikin Healthcare therapists are trained and verified professionals. Charges apply only for verified visits (when attendance is confirmed by both client and therapist). Additional charges for unverified or extra visits may be added after confirmation. Therapists maintain professionalism, punctuality, and client confidentiality.
7. Confidentiality
All personal, medical, and payment information shared with Kklinikin Healthcare is strictly confidential and used only for treatment and service management. Your data will not be sold, shared, or used for marketing purposes without your consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
While our therapists follow best professional standards, Kklinikin Healthcare is not responsible for: any issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate information shared by clients; delays or rescheduling due to external factors such as traffic, illness, or emergencies; any payments made directly to therapists, which are not authorized by Kklinikin Healthcare.
9. Cancellation by Kklinikin Healthcare
In rare cases, we may cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., therapist illness or emergency). If this occurs, we will reschedule your session at the earliest convenience — no additional fees will apply.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi, India.
